Member area
Everything you use as a member of an Emerging Leaders chapter, in one place: refer people to help, report your work, get support from the network, and use the toolkits.
These tools open once the local coordinator approves your membership. Start by finding your city's chapter.
Check your cityJoin a chapterHelp people and show the work
The referral system and the monthly report are how the chapter shows that people actually got help.
Make a referral
Pick what the person needs and send them to a provider in the directory. We follow up with them a week later.
Start a referralMonthly impact report
People engaged, services delivered, referrals and conflicts interrupted, once a month for your chapter.
Send this month's reportAdd a provider
Know an organization that helps people with housing, jobs, food or healing? Add them to the directory.
Open Partner InsideTraining, coordination and toolkits
The network does not leave chapters to figure it out alone.
Toolkits
The starter toolkit for the organization leading a chapter, and the joiner toolkit for every member.
Open the toolkitsRequest strategy support
Ask a coordinator for help with organizing, a budget hearing, the directory, referrals or funding.
Ask for support For applicantsSchedule your panel or webinar
Leading a new chapter? Convene the power players from your Power Map. This is how a chapter is approved.
Plan the panel After your chapter qualifiesStandardization Survey
The words your organization already uses, so the toolkit and every proposal speak your language.
Open the surveyHow a referral comes back to you
These two forms are not opened from here. Each one arrives with its own link for one referral.
Provider update
The provider gets a private link with each referral and tells us whether they reached the person and what service they gave.
Follow up survey
About a week later, the person you referred gets a short survey on their phone: were they contacted, did they get help, how were they treated.
Provider ratings
Their answers rate each provider, so the next member who picks that need sees the best providers first.
